Who We Serve

Help for Nonprofits
of All Types and Sizes

We exclusively serve public charities, foundations, business associations, and other 501(c) tax-exempt entities, so we understand the intricacies of running an organization in a highly-regulated sector.

Unlike other law firms, we only work with the nonprofit sector. This isn’t something we do on the side. It’s all we do.

From tax codes to federal reporting requirements, the legal side of running an organization can quickly get confusing. Our goal is to handle all the legal and tax matters, so you can focus on your cause and community.
