Jeff Cullinane is a Texas attorney with a wide range of experience in general business law and litigation.
Jeff started his law practice at a legendary Texas law firm, where he represented nonprofits, family foundations, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. He later became assistant general counsel at a Fortune 200 company, the largest private landowner in the State of Texas, where he gained valuable experience in general business law, litigation, real estate, compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also served as assistant attorney general in the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
Jeff’s first case as a young lawyer was to successfully represent a south Texas nonprofit in obtaining a valuable gift in a will contest. He has represented clients before the IRS, has argued cases before state courts and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and has closed multi-billion dollar business transactions. In his career, Jeff has represented diverse clients, but has always maintained a passion for representing social entrepreneurs and socially responsible businesses that look to make a difference in their communities.
Prior to law school, Jeff worked for the Irish parliament (Dail Eireann) in Dublin, Ireland and for the Texas House of Representatives.
Jeff is honored to help social enterprises, socially responsible businesses, foundations, professional associations, and advocacy organizations, and his broad experience allows him to give clients practical advice so they can be successful.
