Super Lawyers has selected Texas nonprofit attorney Mollie Cullinane of the Cullinane Law Group as a 2013 Texas Super Lawyer – Rising Star. This is Mollie’s second year on the list.
The full Thompson Reuters Rising Stars list appears in the April 2013 issue of Texas Monthly and Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition, published by Law & Politics Media Inc.
The Rising Stars list is comprised of the top up-and-coming attorneys who are under 40 or have been practicing within Texas for 10 years or less. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state receive this honor.
Cullinane is the premier Texas attorney for nonprofits. She represents clients in the nonprofit sector, including public charities, foundations, philanthropists, schools, and churches nationwide. Mollie has extensive experience in all aspects of nonprofit law, formation, compliance, tax-exemption, and charitable giving. She provides practical solutions for sound nonprofit governance and she creates legal documents tailored to the unique nonprofit needs of each client.
Cullinane is not a general practice attorney. She works exclusively with social enterprises, nonprofit and tax-exempt entities.
Additionally, Cullinane is a member of the State Bar of Texas Pro Bono College, donating more than 75 hours of pro bono services each year. She annually gives more than 20 percent of total firm billable hours to charitable work. She is an active community volunteer, contributing countless hours to schools, charities, neighborhood associations, and religious groups.
